InaccordancewiththespiritoftheChinesegovernment'sinterimmeasuresfortheexchangeofChineseandforeignpersonnelafterthenovelcoronavirusinfectioninCategoryB,theConsularDepartmentoftheHongKongOfficeoftheMinistryofForeignAffairswillimplementthefollowingrequirementsforvisaapplicationtothemainlandfromJanuary8,2023:

根据中国政府关于新型冠状病毒感染乙类乙管后中外人员往来暂行措施精神，自2023年1月8日起，外交部驻港公署领事部实行以下赴内地签证申办要求：

一、无需办理签证人员

Itisallowedtoapplyforallkindsofmutualvisaexemptionagreements,peoplewithvalidChinesepermanentresidencecertificates,peoplewithallkindsofvalidresidencepermits,peoplewithvalidAPECbusinesstravelcards(excludingvirtualcards),andpeoplewith24-hourtransitvisaexemptiontoenterthemainlandwithoutapplyingforanothervisa.

允许适用各类互免签证协定人员、持有效中国永久居留证件人员、持各类有效居留许可人员、持有效APEC商务旅行卡（不包括虚拟卡）人员、24小时过境免签人员入境内地，无需再另行申办签证。

二、可受理签证范围

TheConsularDepartmentoftheHongKongOfficeoftheMinistryofForeignAffairswillacceptthefollowingtypesofvisaapplications(includingmulti-yearvisaapplications)submittedbyeligibleapplicantsthroughtheHongKongVisaApplicationServiceCenter,andwillnotacceptvisaapplicationsfortraveltotheMainlandormedicalreasons.

（二）委托人的护照原件、复印件及其与被寄养儿童的亲属关系证明（结婚证、出生证、公安派出所出具的亲属关系证明或亲属关系公证书等）；

(iii)LetterofacceptanceoffostercareandphotocopyofIDcardissuedbythetrusteeacceptingfostercare;（三）接受寄养的受托人出具的同意接受寄养函件及身份证复印件；
